Relax and have fun

OK,
So Chicago just might be the best place on earth -- ok I'm over exaggerating but really there are plenty of fine men and they are more than willing to show you around. Ten Minutes off the plane I had a guy already wanting to hang out, and then when I arrived on the campus I was going to - there was a really cute, tall sweet young man who was concerned about me using public transportation and said he would show me around.

Excitement in the air - Yes there was - Here I have two young men wanting to hang out and go out in a town that I had never been in. And then there is the side that says ok but I really don't know them and when I found out how old they were --- 21 and under. Kind of killed it - so what is a girl to do?

Pick the one that can at least go to a club that does not involve college night (no offense I am just a little over that at 31) . I had to take my own advice, relax and have a good time you never know what will happen. Guess what? I had a blast we went out to eat at the Flat Top restaurant by Oprah's studio and then went to Bon V night club where we got in for free and the bouncer bought us a round of drinks - did I say earlier that Chicago was great?.

Anyway, the point that I am trying to make here is that even though the man is young in years he still was a great person to hang out with and what did I find out? That he has his head on his shoulders, is from a good family, is a cutie and knows how to have a good time - which these days is hard to find.

Ladies, too often we pass up opportunities that we assume will turn out one way, but if we relax and have fun, you never know what will happen.

P.S. we did not go out on the town alone I brought someone with me - but if we had I would have told everyone where he worked, his name and a description-- because you never know. Before you relax and have fun you have to be safe.
